Devices Central Diversity is a new recruiting team at Amazon focused on the identification, preparation, assessment and placement of Software Development Engineers across Devices and Amazon based on candidate choice. We are not aligned to any one business team but instead work on behalf of our candidates to find the right role for them anywhere they would like to go. We specialize in fungible Software Development Engineers using a blitz hiring model. On this team, the Technical Recruiter will focus in the areas of candidate talent search and engagement, as well as have the freedom to experiment to improve our candidate experience and recruiting strategies. Each member of
· 3+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting · Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships · Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives. · Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets · Demonstrated high-touch recruiting experience · Solid consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team
