· 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. · Experience working with the tools of the trade; resume databases, in-house applicant tracking systems, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets · Experience leveraging metrics and analytics in Recruiting · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · Superior written and verbal communication skills · A demonstrated passion for technical recruiting and providing amazing customer service · Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills · Skilled at partnering with hiring
