· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline · 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience · 2+ years of hands-on software or hardware development experience · Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines · Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders· Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline · Experience working on aerospace products / projects · Strong technical, analytical, and quantitative skills
