· Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or related fields · 10+ years work experience managing multiple competing priorities and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders · Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines · Technical leadership for large-scale controls engineering projects including work with complex material handling systems and packaging lines · Experience with program management – driving large programs including cross-functional coordination, schedule management, risk management, program upwards communications
