Amazon is seeking a Tax Program Manager to join the International Tax team. The right candidate will be able to jump in to identify and deliver process driven solutions to our Global Tax team, in this exciting and challenging role. this role will work within a dynamic group helping to implement process improvement, cross-functional program management and managing stakeholder communication, across multiple lines of business on project milestones, process changes, and escalations. The successful candidate should have experience in delivering process improvement in one or more of the following areas – Finance, Program Management or Technology. They will have demonstrated an exceptional bias for action and comfort driving forward despite ambiguity. As such, the candidate will often be required to dive deep to remove roadblocks and carefully manage scope to deliver
· BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field. · Experience leading innovative, game-changing teams, programs, and projects. · Experience developing and improving policies and processes. · Experience delivering results amidst resource constraints and ambiguity. · Experience leveraging technology. · Experience delighting stakeholders and leading through influence. · Communicating successfully across cultures, in writing and in person. · Collecting and analyzing data, including developing and reporting on metric. · Experience and desire to work in a fast-pace environment. ·
