AWS Talent Acquisition is seeking a talented, creative, highly-organized, and collaborative Program Coordinator to join our team! You'll work closely with our Recruiting teams, Hiring Managers, and internal/external vendors to create a partnership and team culture by organizing, marketing, and sourcing for hiring events. You will prepare a recruiting plan to execute against for future events with operational excellence. This role presents unique opportunities to test and drive new ideas, help create better practices, brainstorming with recruiting, and learning the sourcer function. You'll build the reputation for delivering exceptional customer, candidate, and vendor experiences, and maintain a high degree of professionalism dealing with stakeholders inside and outside the company. Primary responsibilities include: Program management · Manage the overarching event project timeline to ensure events are on track and all parties are completing deliverables, following-up with team and stakeholders

· Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of work experience in a Project management, Events management, or recruiting capacity. · Demonstrated Customer Service orientation and exceptional attention to detail. · Highly organized and able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects, sometimes with little or no guidance. · MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills. · Verbal and written communications skills as demonstrated by prior work assignments and product. · Able to travel to international and domestic hiring events as needed. · Program Management experience · Proficient in Collaboration and Recruiting
