AWS Security Assurance is looking for an experienced Systems Development Engineer to help build leading edge security compliance systems to ingest, analyze, and present security and compliance data. AWS Security Assurance are thought leaders in security and compliance and we want to disrupt the compliance and audit industry with innovative compliance solutions that put our customers in the driver's seat. You'll have a chance to develop solutions that continually assess compliance across all AWS services and enable auditors and customers to perform self-service audits. As a Systems Development Engineer working within Security Assurance, you will: · Use available AWS related technology to build innovative solutions and a platform to ingest, analyze, and present compliance information · Help form a collaborative development team and define development and release processes for Security Assurance system development · Assist with developing tooling and services to perform continuous control
· Minimum 6 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations of Systems Development Engineer · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent work experience · Minimum 6 years of experience developing in a least one of: Java, Python, C++ · Experience with Linux operating system and user-level tools · Skilled in shell scripting · Experience using AWS services for data transformation and analysis or equivalent could services · Experience with a web development framework like Django, Flask · Experience with XML, XSLT,
