Microsoft US Surface Sales and Strategy team is seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager and Post-Sales Support Lead to develop and drive new customer acquisition strategies that will land across all US segments (Enterprise, Regulated Industries and SMC). . This role will lead the day-to-day orchestration and enablement of our Surface Solution Specialists (SSP) community to identify opportunities to increase penetration and expand the Surface footprint within new Managed customers and ensure customer satisfaction in their adoption of the Surface portfolio of devices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Excellence Develop and drive a customer penetration strategy to grow Surface the business within the Managed account base (EOU, RI, SMC) in the US Accelerate deal closure and manage ​high touch engagements​ within the Strategic 400 accounts (S400). Orchestrate overall Surface relationship with assigned customer-base to grow revenue, penetration, and increase deal velocity Provide key post-sale support services to a prioritized set of S400 customers, including: Supply and Delivery, Deployment, Product Support, and Warranty Management. As Customer Success resource,
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of demonstrated value selling to end customers, including discussing pros cons of implementing various technologies and business value. Experience with Enterprise customers Experience navigating and steering customer engagements to completion with a high level of customer satisfaction and success Confirmed ability to drive continuous product value and use-cases with customers Good technical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolution to customer escalations Exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal
