The primary responsibilities of this role are to support customers to successfully use the different App Center functionalities. Qualifications Excellent collaboration and English communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the Android and iOS ecosystems and surrounding development frameworks. Strong ownership of customer issues. Leadership - handle challenging and politically-charged customer situations. Trouble shooting and problem solving skills. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
