Amazon – where builders can build. We’re seeking a sourcing recruiter to attract legal talent to Amazon's legal department. In this role, you’ll support the talent attraction strategy for the Americas. You’ll partner with a team to execute on sourcing strategy that includes a hands-on, dive deep approach to hire legal support professionals. You’ll seek out ways to delight candidates and recommend process improvement to remove friction for customers. You will support internal hiring manager clients, and other members of the recruiting team. You will own a portfolio of work that supports many legal business lines. Key expectations for the role: · Ability to partner with a wide variety of mid to senior level legal clients including, associate general counsels, corporate counsels, contract managers, and paralegals and other legal support · Passionate advocate for candidate experience; constantly thinking about how to improve the experience for candidates and influencing clients to consider

· Bachelor’s degree · 1-3 years of experience in recruiting · 1 +year(s) experience recruiting legal talent · Strong analytical skills · 1+ year(s) experience working with data to include Excel, pivots, formulas, trend analysis, charts, graphs and using dashboard tools such as tableau · Demonstrated ability to make high judgement decisions · Excellent written and verbal communication skills Amazon.com is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation.
