Amazon – where builders can build. We’re seeking a sourcing recruiter to attract legal talent to Amazon. In this role, you’ll partner with the current recruiting team to execute on sourcing strategy across multiple channels, such as employee referrals, events and conferences, applicants and passive outreach. You’ll need to leverage and analyze data to influence process improvements and channel optimization. As a sourcing recruiter you will consult with hiring managers to ensure we keep our hiring bar high and find the best talent for Amazon. Key Requirements for the role: · Excellent ability to partner with a wide variety of mid to senior level legal clients including, associate general counsels, corporate counsels, contract managers, paralegals and other legal support professionals · Passionate advocate for candidate experience; constantly thinking about how to improve the experience for candidates and influencing clients to consider candidates as Amazon customers · Creative thinker who

· Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline (this might include degrees in Human Resources, Public Affairs, Political Science or other functional areas related to the Legal vertical) · 3+ years of experience in recruiting to include intermediate complex search skills and sourcing strategies · 1 +year experience recruiting legal talent · Strong analytical skills using data from Excel, conducting trend analysis, or using dashboard tools such as tableau · Prior experience developing and maintaining recruiting programs such as diversity outreach, employee referral campaigns, or event recruiting
