Amazon Web Services is looking for Solutions Architects to help establish AWS as the market leader for the AWS Chime service. Chime is a cloud-based conferencing and unified communications platform based on the AWS cloud. This is a highly technical position for someone who can dive deep, build complex, AWS-optimized architectures, and help customers accelerate their adoption of this new AWS service. You should be as comfortable discussing complex technical details with a room full of engineers as you are briefing
· 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre-sales experience in an UC, UCaaS, SaaS, Desktop Apps, or similar organization. · Working knowledge of popular communications protocols and APIs such as SIP, H.323, and WebRTC. · UC experience with collaboration toolsets including conferencing, chat, PBX, and video. · An advanced degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics · Experience architecting and configuring Session Border Controllers and SIP Trunks. · Technical pre-sales experience in the enterprise space. · Strong interpersonal relationship building skills. · Demonstrated track record
