You will be leading a team writing code that powers our web portal which is visited by millions of customers globally a day. You'll be a technical leader focused on growing the skills of a highly talented, collaborative and motivated team, while setting the technical direction to deliver high-scale, highly-available UX surfaces with an emphasis on delightful, modern user experiences. We are looking for a leader with a passion for mentorship and team building, customer focus and engineering fundamentals, coupled with technical leadership experience in driving high-scale, broad scope customer experiences
Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional management skills, with a proven ability to develop collaborative teams of exceptional engineers Knowledge of the Web UX industry today Expert understanding of web services and site technologies (for example, REST APIs , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON etc.) Experience with newer technologies like AngularJS, Cordova, and ReactJS a plus Experience with scrum, Kanban, or other agile engineering techniques Experience Required: BA/BS degree in CS, related discipline or equivalent work experience 3 or more years of engineering management experience 4 or more years
