Are you looking for a position on the forefront of gaming? Part of the Growth and Engagement Team in the Gaming org, the Game Pass team is bringing the power of subscription gaming to a quickly growing user base, and we're just getting started. We're looking for Software Engineers to help us build the services and experiences we need to grow the Game Pass offering and user base. While we have particular needs for developers experienced with services, there are also positions across our platform and experience teams, so we encourage developers with various experience to apply.

The Game Pass engineering team is responsible for experiences across a variety of endpoints including the Xbox console, Windows PCs, and mobile devices, as well as the services that help facilitate user scenarios that cross those surface areas. Service developers should have experience building, optimizing, and maintaining high-availability, large-scale services and will ideally have experience designing and architecting new services from the ground up. Application developers will need existing experience with XAML, React Native, or equivalent technologies and to demonstrate passion for and ability
Must-haves: 2+ years of professional software development experience in services, application development, or both Excellent design and coding skills in one or more of C/C++/C#/Java/Objective C/Javascript/Typescript, including familiarity with React Native and/or XAML Real passion for bringing value to a gaming audience and an understanding of their needs A love of working together across disciplines and being an active participant in a community of inclusion and respect Exceptional skill at working across teams and divisions, with a history of building positive partnerships between groups The
