The Customer Experiences Engineering team within the Customer Success Engineering organization is building the next generation of Language Community Feedback Platform and Tools that will collect and process language community feedback using machine learning and AI technology. The new platform will use the power of the voices from both community users and gig users to democratize these Deeply Personalized Experiences on every Windows Device. • 5+ years of Professional Software design and development experience • BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related sciences • Proficient in C# and .net technology • Prior experience in architecting big data and designing data pipelines on a big data technology stack • Experience with large data systems, such as Cosmos/ADL, CosmosDB, or Hadoop, or SQL DW are all a plus • Strong customer empathy, communication, technical leadership, collaboration skills • A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design • Demonstrated
