· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with significant software emphasis · 10+ years of industry experience, 8+ years of management experience · Experience delivering C++ in embedded and real-time environments. · Experience with complex multi-platform build, test, and deployment scenarios. · Demonstrated leadership responsibility for delivery of a technically demanding product, in a team environment · Design and architecture knowledge as well as familiarity with object oriented design patterns · Experience taking a project from scoping requirements through launch and
