Amazon Marketplace enables millions of Sellers worldwide to list hundreds of millions of products and manage orders for inventory across dozens of different categories and languages. While working with millions of Sellers world wide, we constantly strive to improve the selection for Customers and the capabilities of our platform for Sellers. You'll be managing the team that handles MFN eligibility and Prime / Premium throttling for sellers. You'll be driving the vision of this space to a) provide broader value across the FBA and MFN space while b) growing the engineering talent. We are looking for a Software Development Manager with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering innovative solutions
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field · Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree based on 3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education building software systems. · 6+ years professional technical management experience leading complex programs. · 4+ years professional experience in software development · Track record of delivering software projects to customers · Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the C-suite/VP level · Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field · Equivalent
