· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline or industry experience. · 3+ years of professional software development experience · Strong background in computer science basics (data structures, algorithms, etc). · Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills and a track record of delivery. · Communication skills for both a technical and business audience. · Experience leveraging object oriented design practices in Java, C++ and or .Net.· Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent · Prior experience in Contact Center industry · Academic and/or industry experience
