· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience based on 3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education · 2+ years professional experience in software development · 1+ years of experience leveraging object oriented design practices in Java, C++ and or .Net. · 2+ years programming experience in, at least, one modern programming language such as C, C++, C#, Java· Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Master's/Doctorate degree in Computer Science or a related field · Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts
