We are seeking a self-directed social media expert to develop and implement social media strategy to drive awareness and engagement with our target audiences. Own management, measurement, and execution of social media marketing. Work at the strategic level to champion new, innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to execute plans, and iterate based on performance metrics. Lead the development of social media content and campaigns for both organic and paid media. Be a resource for cross functional teams – provide guidance and best practices across organization. You possess a strong awareness of social media tactics and strategies – including organic
· Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Business or Marketing. · 5+ years of experience in consumer oriented social media marketing. · Proven track of record of developing and implementing social media strategy. · Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management tools. · Ability to think big and propose innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement. · Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders. · Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others. · Able to
