You will be part of the Intune Service Engineering team that designs, builds, and operates Intune cloud services. Role responsibilities include: Test, deploy and upgrade services in multiple environments, across Azure PaaS and IaaS infrastructure Help build a data-driven culture by providing statistical trending and analysis using real service data to increase service health and quality Work closely with peer engineering teams on defining and implementing improvements to service monitoring and reporting to enhance reliability and capability Adopt industry best practices for online services including
3+ years in the technology industry with broad engineering experience; 1+ of those in online services Knowledge and hands-on experience in the running of complex, large scale online/hybrid services Proven experience in dealing with client/server architectures that rely on stateful and stateless REST architecture. Understanding of Microsoft SQL, OData, PowerShell, C#, WMI, XML and software security concepts Ability to work on call (24x7) as part of an escalation path Previous working experience in a DevOps engineering model Understanding of disaster recovery, capacity planning and performance analysis
