The Scientist Economist Recruiting Team (SERT) is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruiter/Researcher hybrid to join its forces. SERT is a central recruiting team for Consumer responsible for hiring Science (Applied Scientist, Research Scientist, Data Scientist and Economist) and Design (User Experience, Product, Visual, etc.) experts. In this role you will search and find the best and brightest people from around the world. You'll be part of a central recruiting team that supports our consumer organization. It's a fast-paced role, fun and cohesive team, requiring juggling and daily prioritizing. The best candidate draws upon extensive knowledge of business and Talent Acquisition and will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. As a Market Intelligence Recruiter, you must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and run creative searches to deliver results. · 5+ years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience · Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationship · Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines · MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook · Analytical experience to create, measure, and scale the efficient workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.· Maintain scrutiny upon marketplace trends and competitive opportunities · Conduct primary and secondary research
