Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a data-driven, self-directed Content Manager to own and innovate on our approach to AWS customer success content on our website. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business. This role will be responsible for improving customer experience across the AWS marketing website as it relates to customer success content. In this role, you’ll work with a global customer references team to create and curate customer story content. You’ll also define and launch a better browse and search experience for our Customer Success portion of our marketing website. Responsibilities include developing innovative and scalable website experiences for our customers, keeping AWS customer success pages up to date and in line with business priorities, ongoing analysis of site and content performance, applying the latest web innovations, and sharing best practices with marketing teams around the world. · 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing. · Experience developing and executing website content plans. · Data classification/browse taxonomy design experience. · Website optimization experience. · Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting. · Geeky about details.· Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and/or Adobe CQ · Ability to conceptualize, scope and execute projects to strict deadlines. · Self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action. · Experience in B2B, tech products or services preferred.
