The Alexa North Star Experience (NSX) team creates world-class voice forward customer experiences (CX) for Alexa. The NSX team is seeking an experienced Senior UX Program Manager to run design and research projects that will help us advance strategic projects that impact the Alexa-wide CX. The Senior UX Program Manger will run critical CX projects and programs to establish a high bar for the Alexa customer experiences we launch with our partner teams. The ideal candidate has experience working across multiple teams across an organization, both horizontally and vertically. The candidate will have a proven record of complex project and program delivery, from conception, design and research, through implementation, measurement, and post-launch iteration. Responsibilities will include: · Leading projects for cross-functional teams focused on launching a bar-raising CX for Alexa. · Scope and deliver complex, business critical programs end-to-end and drive and shape the overall program’s strategy
7+ years of experience as a program or project manager, UX producer, or similar role. • 3+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional, projects • Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, researchers, and developers • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Excellent understanding of design, research, and software development • Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience · Experience with Voice or Conversational Design deliverables,
