· BA or equivalent experience in graphic design, interactive design or similar · 5+ years of experience in UX, rich media or interactive design· Deep experience with video games and the worldwide video game community · Experience localizing creative and launching multi-national products · Expert level experience with standard design tools · Able to develop compelling creative concepts based on strategic marketing input and present ideas to senior management · Strong project management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines · Excellent communications, presentation
