The Amazon Business team is seeking Software Development Engineers who want to disrupt the way businesses purchase online. Our team is focused on building solutions to enable B2B customers to research, discover and buy business, industrial and scientific products in large catalogs; across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, businesses and institutions that buy in either high frequency or in bulk quantities. Our customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer base. We are looking for an experienced, customer obsessed Technical Program Manager who is able to collaborate effectively with a technical team and be responsible for key aspects of the software customer experience. In this role, you will lead the definition and shepherd the development of new features, as well as important optimizations to the service. · 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry (experience owning a program/product/feature, scoping requirements, planning milestones, project management and working with technical teams) · 5+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field · Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms and are equally adept in communicating upwards and downward · Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. · Excellent
