· Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline · 7+ years of direct experience in an engineering discipline · 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large, cross-functional software development efforts · Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all technical and managerial levels, translating complex details into consumable bits based on the audience · Solid understanding of distributed system and service oriented architecture design principles · Strong understanding of object-oriented software development concepts: data structures, algorithms, and security fundamentals
