We own systems that power retail delivery (both customer-facing and back-end), leveraging company-wide technology solutions or designing them from the ground up. Together, DEX is changing how customers experience delivery from the speed, convenience, and selection features they see on the site every day, to launching Prime delivery benefits and other new programs to customers around the world

· 7+ years of Technical Management experience in a related industry, including hands-on management of large, cross-functional software efforts · 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field· Experience leading and/or managing efforts in a distributed systems environment · Hands-on experience with micro services and/or Service Oriented Architecture · Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Math or related field · Strong written and verbal communication skills Amazon.com is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority / Women / Disability
