Amazon is seeking an IT Auditor to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) audit team. Our primary mission is to perform independent and objective assessments of business activities and related controls with the goal of improving risk management, operations (e.g., security, scalability, and continuity), compliance with laws, regulations and company policies, and the overall system of internal controls. You will work with the lead auditor conducting end-to-end IT and operational audits across AWS. Audit areas cover a broad set of risks and may include information security, IT asset management, infrastructure operations, service operations, and contract/legal compliance, among others. Each audit is unique and customized, providing a great opportunity for professional growth in an innovative environment. You will provide consultative support to business, IT, finance, and legal partners to identify opportunities for control improvements with the objective of mitigating risk and improving operations
· BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field · 3-5 years of experience with operational auditing, risk management, compliance, or financial analysis· Big 4 accounting firm experience · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Results-oriented - ability to motivate, influence, and manage diverse projects and teams · Experience with process improvement, Kaizen, and Six Sigma · Experience with ACL, Tableau or other data analysis tools · Relevant certifications (CIA, CISA, SP, CISM) · Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, ISO and ITIL frameworks Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
