The WW Consumer Talent Development team is seeking an inventive, Day 1 thinker to support the design, development and implementation of L and D mechanisms that support Consumer’s strategic leadership pipeline. This position will play a key role in curating and creating integrated and scalable development mechanisms to drive cross-functional skill development for a Consumer-wide leader audience. You will collaborate as part of a core team focused on the implementation of a key leadership development and talent management initiative that will have global Consumer impact. Basic Qualifications · 5+ years experience in Talent Management, Learning, and/or HRBP role, or related experience. · Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. · Demonstrated experience in the practical application of leadership development and talent management programs at scale. · Demonstrated ability to manage global, scaled projects throughout the full lifecycle: including but not limited to work prioritization, planning, coordination and execution across teams and workstreams. · Strong analytical skills; ability to manipulate data to identify implications, trends, hot spots, etc. · Knowledge
