This unique role's primary responsibility in the WW CDS Surface Category team is to manage the strategic direction of the Surface Channel Programs and Consumer Offers in close collaboration with the Surface Product Marketing Group (PMG) and the regional leads in the field. In this position, you are the subject matter expert and voice for the regions and partners related to driving profitability by developing effective partner programs and optimizing consumer offers while supporting regional needs. The WW Surface Category Manager uses data-driven modelling, compiles and reports insights and industry best practices to collaboratively define and effectively execute the programs/offers, while maintaining a close feedback loop
• Lead and orchestrate annual strategic direction of all partner and consumer programs in collaboration with key stakeholders in PMG and across the CDS organization (Category, Sales Excellence, WW and Field), and effectively land these with the field. • Own and orchestrate managing and monitoring program effectiveness on a quarterly basis, tracking insights, field/partner feedback and incorporate for future program improvements. • Support building the consumer offers strategy and vision to grow the Surface category over the coming years using consumer insights and data across all consumer channels
6+ years of experience in business development, category management and/or product marketing. 4+ years of relevant consumer marketing experience in the retail channel or technology field. 4+ years experience in retail or channel sales or marketing Strong analytical skills and financial acumen. Strong written and oral communication on performance and issues, specifically working across a global audience Broad skill set encompassing excellent marketing and relationship management capabilities with proven ability to collaborate well across functional groups and virtual teams to achieve specific business
