We are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager focused on Storefront Customer Experience (CX) for our subscription channels business. The role will help improve our digital video business and create innovative and engaging customer experiences across our website, mobile devices, and connected living room devices. The Senior Storefront CX Manager will be responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by coordinating launches of new movie, TV and subscription content; as well as crafting plans for targeting and launching seasonal promotional campaigns; and developing messaging, content segmentation, and customer segmentation strategies to increase engagement rates across our customer base

• BA in Marketing, Business or related field required • Direct people management experience • Experience assessing creative and customer messaging • 5+ years relevant work experience in roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements • Knowledge of Excel • Aptitude for organization • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines• Excellent verbal and written communication
