Amazon Advertising is seeking creative, goal-oriented, and highly entrepreneurial people to join our exciting and fast-paced team. We are looking for a world-class leader who will drive successful brand integrations for a nascent video program. You will be responsible for all aspects of brand sales and monetization opportunities including defining near and long term strategy, setting goals across the team, and building a scalable program. You will partner closely with our production, product, and marketing teams to deliver optimal customer and brand experiences and will also have direct accountability for continuously improving and growing this core aspect of our business. We are looking for a passionate sales strategist and big thinker who is both creative and analytical. Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: · Launch, drive, and own all facets of the brand integration and monetization strategy. · Grow the program by delivering strong ROI and by driving customer

· Bachelor’s Degree · 10+ years sales experience with client facing account management or operations team · · Experience setting strategies and tenets while continuously evaluating as the business grows. · · Adept at solving problems that span business and technology. · · Experience defining, auditing, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve output. · · Ability to establish effective cross team and cross functional partnerships to drive cross-team initiatives. · · Proven ability to influence others. · · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.· Experience setting
