In this role, you will be leading a team of engineers to architect, design and develop systems that analyze telemetry at unprecedented scale and generate insights that help engineers with rapid resolution of software failures. You will be incubating and executing on strategy for the rapid detection, diagnosis and resolution of software failures at scale. You will be working on projects and initiatives that need collaboration with and that will impact teams across the Core OS and Intelligent Edge organization. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of professional software development experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cloud Services and Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc.) Experience in data analysis and with data systems (SQL, Splunk, Kusto, etc.) Technical leadership for complex, cross-team projects Drive for results and dealing with ambiguity Experience in analysis and debugging using telemetry and tracing Expertise and skills with debugging techniques and tools Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
