• Design and build new services and tools for Microsoft's ExP platform • Leverage thousands of product metrics to distill data insights and automate platform actions • Work with data scientists and cross-functional teams to improve platform capabilities and advance the field of online experimentation • Produce high quality code and performant systems with self-service tools • Prioritize new work based on business impact estimations • Work with team members to define iterative execution plans and identify project risk factors
