Roles and Responsibilities Build the first-class advertising management experience across multiple platforms, which best leverages the backend cloud service capacity Define and monitor quality metrics in production environment through collaboration with partner service teams Evolve the full-stack architecture for Bing Ads Rich Clients to optimize for reliability and performance of the entire system Improve the agile development infrastructure to boost up the productivity of the developers Provide leadership and mentorship to the rest of the team
Successful candidate will have: BS/MS in CS or related field 5+ years of software design and/or development experiences Experience driving teams through architecture/design/implementation and delivery of great user experiences Excellent communication and collaboration skills Excellent system design and problem solving skills Solid Experiences with OO designs and familiar with design patterns Passionate about user experience and user facing features Solid Experiences with desktop and web technologies such as WPF, C#, SOAP, REST, etc. Experience with Windows, WPF, Mac, XCode, Xamarin etc. a plus
