· 8+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience · Deep hands-on technical expertise in at least two or three major technical areas: large scale systems engineering, building complex distributed systems, ML based pipeline or service · Excellent writing and verbal communication skills · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent· Experience in taking a lead role developing complex software systems that have successfully been delivered to customers · Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices and mentoring other
