The Amazon Home Service team is looking to add an experienced, results-driven leader to help scale a new service segment that targets Sellers of products having delivery and service capabilities. This individual will own the development of a services portfolio ((Unified Delivery with Services) for one or more Amazon Hardlines product categories with the following core responsibilities: · Developing category strategy for service penetration: including business and opportunity analysis, identifying service requirements and offerings, feeding unique service provider and consumer requirements back into the business and driving unit and revenue service growth within their categories through timely analysis and action. · Service Provider management: manage key Service Provider relationships to help them build their business on Amazon. · Technical project management: working with our technology teams to drive projects that will enhance our merchandising, customer, and site experience The ideal
· A strong background (5+ years) in product management is required or related experience that demonstrates strong analytics and project leadership skills. · BA/BS required, MBA a plus · Experience with Excel and Access, or similar database· Experience in consulting and/or retail/consumer products industries · MBA · Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
