The CSME team is a unified multi-channel Retail Technology organization which showcases Microsoft technology by transforming and demonstrating to consumers directly the Windows PC, Software, Gaming, and Mobile device buying experience. This position gives you a unique opportunity that encompasses both Online AND Brick and Mortar business in helping us to deliver on our retail store strategy and growth at Microsoft. We are looking for a dynamic technical PM Manager to lead a team of professionals. We are looking for a dynamic service engineering manager.

Core Responsibilities: Ensure all store technology assets are tracked. Fixed Asset tag policies are followed and communicated to Corporate Fixed Assets via the asset link tool. Inventory management: Manage and monitor inventory health on the daily basis, identifying problem areas and driving appropriate actions to achieve inventory targets (weeks of supply, aging, order confirmation %, among others). Partnering with the business to understand the spares pool and purchase assets as needed. Participate in the capital demand and retrofit meetings. Manage Master Build of Materials and Item Master files
Basic Qualifications: 2+ years' experience with inventory management. 5+ years' Program and/or Project Management IT experience 2+ years of managing a small team. Preferred Qualifications: Detail oriented, ability to communicate complex problems and solutions, strong drive to collaborate, strong bias for action to close out problems, very comfortable working with numbers. Strong process/system background and proven ability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems. Strong critical thinking and ability to drive resolution in ambiguous situations. Good business judgment,
