Do you want to be part of a movement to redefine market research at Amazon? Do you derive job satisfaction seeing your insights put into practice? Do you want to tackle complex and unique research questions and create innovative solutions? If so, the Amazon Device Insights team is looking for an individual with a strong market research background and a builder mindset along with a passion for solving unique problems to help us deliver insights that result in devices our customers love. This role requires a deep and diverse research skill set (qualitative and quantitative experience) outstanding research and business acumen, comfort dealing with ambiguity and unique problems where the typical approach may not work, and the ability to build consensus and execute quickly. Responsibilities Include: · The ability to balance being a thought leader and trusted partner on research and analysis with a need to be nimble and practical. · Applying sound research and business acumen to help the business

· Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences · 7+ years conducting custom, primary market research · Experience scoping and conducting quantitative and qualitative research from end-to-end (designing, executing, analyzing, and drafting actionable recommendations from primary research) · Experience scoping and running statistical modeling and analyses · Experience defining and implementing market research best practices · Experience using Excel, Word, and statistical software like SPSS/SAS· Experience in consumer electronics industry · US and international work experience · Master’s
