· Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related field · 10+ years’ experience in real estate management leveraging a combination of internal and external resources. · 10 + years’ experience negotiating leases, contracts, and similar documents · Superior communications, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to understand the audience and customer · Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time · Master’s degree in business, real estate, finance, engineering, construction management
