Transportation Execution team Senior Program Manager
Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager for the Canadian Transportation Execution team to manage inbound network programs that are critical to success of Canadian Transportation operations. The role will work with Retail, FBA, S and OP and Transportation teams to ensure that IB network and transportation capabilities are aligned to optimize costs, lead times and placement. The role will manage inbound transportation as well as inputs impacting IB cost and network connectivity including programs such as direct imports, vendor freight and cross-border transfers.
• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of progressive responsibility in Supply Chain, transportation, logistics or operations or related field • 5+ years record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes •5+ years of experience leading teams to consistently deliver valuable projects • MBA • Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment •Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems •Demonstrated strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations
