Transparency is an item level tracing service that helps protect brand owners and customers from counterfeits. Transparency uses unique item level serial numbers to track products through the supply chain. Since its public launch in 2018, Transparency has been seeing rapid growth in adoption amidst brand owners. As the service grows, we will need to continually strengthen our mechanisms for detecting and preventing fraudulent practices so as to maintain brand and customer trust in the service. To this end, we are looking for a strong, data driven, tech oriented leader to own fraud and abuse prevention programs for the Transparency service. As the owner of fraud prevention programs, you would work closely with the product, operations and software teams to establish a scalable mechanisms to identify newer abuse patterns and prevent them from impacting customers.
