Amazon is seeking a single-threaded leader for an opt-in inclusion program for Amazonians around the world. This program is a manager-led, self-service offering that enables teams across Amazon to identify ways to increase their inclusion, and ultimately drive a better team experience. The program’s core objectives include: · Deliver a consistent, teachable point of view about inclusion to Amazonians at scale. · Deliver a consistent, teachable point of view about interrupting unconscious bias to Amazonians at scale. · Enable teams to confidently review inclusion feedback and develop relevant and useful inclusion plans that make meaningful differences, measured through inclusion surveys. As a single-threaded leader of the Team Inclusion Program
· 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management or related field, that includes deep diagnostic and customized design efforts · 8+ years Program/Project Manager with high proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools · Able to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate · Bachelor’s degree in related field. · Experience working with global teams, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization · Demonstrated experience in effective prioritization and facilitating action across remote groups
