We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Seller Self-Service Registration (SSR) and Onboarding business. The B2B SSR program facilitates self-service business Seller acquisition through building scalable mechanisms that drive Amazon Business brand awareness among prospect Sellers, streamline Seller registration experience, and educates them on B2B features. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for documenting program requirements and a multi-year business plan for the SSR channel, maintain a project schedule for key program deliverables, and deliver regular status reports to senior management on progress. You will work closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing, UX, and Software Development teams
