Sr. Program Manager
Specialty Recruiting (SR) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead our global team operations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business cadence. This is an exciting opportunity to stand up a new function that will have high visibility impact on our organization! In this role you’ll be the guiding force of the team, including setting the business cadence (business, KPI, and goals reviews), managing and auditing standard operating procedures, and providing training and communications to the global team. You'll lead us in a culture change to become more operational, by implementing continuous improvement best practices and managing projects to make our team more efficient and effective. The ideal candidate operates effectively in an ambiguous environment and has a demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects and driving them to completion. This role will need to influence global team members, thus you'll need to be highly collaborative and able to influence without authority,

· Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Systems or equivalent experience · 5+ years of project management experience · 5+ years in operations management or support · Track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish · Strong written and verbal communication with experience presenting to senior management· Lean, Six-Sigma or other continuous improvement training · Proven ability of adopting and utilizing technology to improve recruiting performance · Project Management certification- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred · Exhibits sound
