The Global Specialty Fulfillment Supply Chain team is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects. This role requires scoping large projects, managing to project timelines, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive presentation skills, and proven track record of delivering results are essential. One of the areas they will work on are - Distribution Centers, which is a rapidly growing space within the specialty fulfillment business. As we build out our distribution center network for the future, we are seeking a Program Manager that will own defining all under the roof processes across Inbound and Outbound operations. You will be responsible for the variable cost structure of the business and continuously innovate to reduce costs within the distribution
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university · 7+ years’ experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis · 5+ years of experience analyzing cost/benefit of proposed project · Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently· A strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional
