Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is looking for a Program Manager to drive improvements in FBA’s North America Inbound Transportation. In this role, you will bring a business analytical mindset and an ongoing operations focus to transportation execution, build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to drive continuous improvement programs, and plan and support standing up new logistics capabilities that reduce total supply chain costs and help our Sellers scale their businesses. - 3+ years of experience delivering end-to-end large scale cross-functional programs. Able to prioritize activities in complex projects/programs, have ability to influence stakeholders, at times with limited direct authority, and run large meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders. - Ability to earn trust of cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting - Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance
