· Bachelor’s Degree · 5+ years of program management experience including work prioritization, planning, communication, and task delegation · Demonstrated proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data using Excel and Tableau · Has experience working with international teams · Ability to travel up to 30%· MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field · Experience with technology and/or logistics · Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently · SQL or Tableau dashboard creation experience · Demonstrated ability to learn systems
