We use voice and graphic user interface (VUI, GUI) to create natural ways for customers to interact, search, and shop using their smart devices such as Amazon Echo, Dot, Show, Spot, or Tap. Our objective is to deliver a robust experience which works across devices and incorporates flexibly into our customers’ lives. We’re looking for a Sr. Program Manager to help us drive research findings and customer focus across the organization. In this role you’ll work directly with product, engineering, and design partners to develop mechanisms that help cross-functional teams work more effectively at each stage of the product development lifecycle to improve the Alexa Shopping customer experience (CX). You will run and improve existing mechanisms (e.g. CX paper cuts, CSAT scores, beta program surveys, benchmarking), as well as define and develop new mechanisms that raise the bar on the CX and improve

· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of related work experience · Proven ability to work cross-team, synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, customer research/analytics and to drive customer-focused solutions · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop executive-level messaging, reports, and presentations · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results; operational excellence mindset and data-driven · Desire to work in a start-up style environment, where iteration and learning is encouraged · Ability to navigate complex organizational
